"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"The property itself was great & for a reasonable price. The fact that there was street parking was a plus. The neighborhood itself was dirty & had a lot of graffiti. There is nothing the property owners can do about the neighborhood however. "

"Comfortable and clean room in a pleasant hotel just a short walk south of Donegall Sq. Situated in Dublin Rd, it is close of the main bus routes and roads to the city centre Whilst the room was a reasonable size, it doesn't have a table or chair and the bathroom sink is in a corner of the room. However the toilet and shower are in separate amenities. Staff were available at all times to answer any questions and they provided a good service. Wi-fi was pretty good as well"

"It was clean and easily accessible. Parking on the street was pretty easy, (we arrived in April) and fairly quiet on a Saturday night. Walkable to many sights!"
