"Checking out today after a 3 night stay, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, we had to switch rooms because of a clogged bathtub and broken drawer, and the overall customer service at the front desk was not welcoming. I do appreciate the maintenance staff and one gentleman at the front desk who were very kind and helpful. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not stay here again"
