"I have stayed here before and never had a problem. However this time I came back to my room one evening to find water on the floor right inside the door. I called the manager and in a few minutes one of the staff came by to mop it up. He explained that he had been pressure washing outside and it must have blown in. When he left I noticed there was still a small area wet. At the time I was involved doing something else and had the door open. (This allowed me to see the spot clearly from inside the room) I did not bother to call the manager and was planning to finish getting it up myself. When I was sitting there the manager came by and asked if it had been taken care of. When I told him there was a small spot left he looked and said there was nothing there. He was standing outside it it was more difficult to see. When I pointed it out to him he rolled his eyes and exclaimed O my God. He came back a few minutes later with a bath math and used his foot to dab up the spot. He kicked the mat up against the wall when he finished. He then made a couple of snide remarks including you weren't going to die. He then told me to close my door. At that time the air conditioner was not running so it was not an issue for my door being open since I was working out of the back of my truck which was parked right in front of the door. As he left he closed the door himself. I did not want this and was not necessary as the air conditioner was not on. Poor customer service!"

"Big clean studio rooms were bright and fresh. Large refrigerator, appliances, and dishes and utensils made our stay easy and relaxing. Efficient clean exercise room was handy; we enjoyed our workouts. Breakfast had a nice variety and large comfortable dining area; we enjoyed it every day. Staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Location was handy to airport, restaurants, and shopping. Didn't have time to use the pool or patio area, but they were very clean and looked inviting. We traveled from out of state and will definitely stay there again when back in the area."

"Owner was training a front associate which he was being abrasive with , my upgrade charge was 57$ to a way worse room which had stained lamp shades - beds needed to changed - staff was rude hung up on me from the direction of the owner not supervisor- not pet friendly- if your passing through and need a dirty place to sleep and do not care about rude staff and owner feeling entitled because he doesn’t have respect but there to stay occupied to make make a living stay - try it out"
