"The worst breakfast. Room smelt. Extremely Poor lighting in the hotel room. Run down paint on walls. Microwave did not work. Room furniture was dentedand lastly Cigarette holes in my bed blanket. Towels were never changed despite front desk assurance. 'General Manager' Sunny threatened me to leave and walked away mid-conversation despite my advice on how to improve the experience. 'General Mngr' Sunny has an aggressive 'cheap motel' mentality and doesn't realize he is 'managing' a Baymont. He stated it was only my subjective opinion regarding the following poor room lighting, Smelly room, unstable bathroom toilet, and extremely poor breakfast experience. To make it worse He walked away from the conversation and refused to come out to deal with me or the other breakfast guests that were complaining about the breakfast as well. I had to have breakfast at the Waffle House next door which was happy that 'General Manager' Sunny's poor breakfast service was sending them Waffle House business!"

"clean rooms. bathrooms were okay. found a couple pieces of hair on the linen in bathroom but i wasnt going to make a big deal out of it. overall very nice accommodation."

"I definitely recommend the Residence Inn in Dothan. We stayed here while visiting our who is stationed at Ft. Rucker because the hotels nearest the base were booked. This was an easy, traffic free, 30 minute drive to the base. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was spacious and set up very nicely. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and good."

"The property was not clean. The rooms were not not checked. The bed were not made. Once we would leave for the day. And return our rooms look the same way the man working in the front desk was very unprofessional. He had on shorts and a T-shirt, slides and colorful socks no collared shirt no dress pants no dress shoes no professionalism. Our room door would not unlock with a key so we would have to come get the person at the front desk. Anytime we return to the hotel in order to enter our room and we would have to stand outside for over 10 minutes, ringing the bell and calling the hotel before we got any type of communication. "
