"We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. "Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."

"Arriving in the charming village and then pulling up to Buckland Manor was a dream! Every detail has been seen to with lovely staff, well furnished rooms, gorgeous peaceful grounds. We could pop on many walking paths right from the door and roam the countryside. One wouldn't need to leave this property for days with every need met beautifully. Exquisite!"

"I originally booked my stay at the Rising Sun Inn because I was in the area to see Van Morrison. What I didn't expect was how much I'd enjoy everything else the hotel has to offer. The inn was comfortable, welcoming, and a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside.
