"We loved the rooftop breakfast and bar. It was never crowded and the view was unparalleled. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We traveled as a family with 3 with a 10 yo and found the location perfect. It was central, walkable to lots of things, and gave us a feel for the city without us being in the midst of the bar scene. If we come back to Lisboa, we will definitely stay here again."

"The property is located in a corner of very steep hills, and the streets are private, so cabs are not able to take you in front if hotel. With luggage, its a bit of a hike. However all over Lisbon, its the same terrain. The hotel front desk is not 24 hr, however we arrived early and hotel staff was there to greet us and allowed us to check in early! "The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was modern, yet with antique touches. It was the most comfortable, clean and beautiful place we stayed for our entire trip. The check in process was great. The woman who helped us was so sweet and helpful. We ordered the breakfast that got delivered to our room and it was all great foods, so much that we saved 1/2 for the next morning. I would stay here again most definitely!"

"I stayed in an upgraded room and loved it. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and the staff were wonderfully welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the whole place is so cute. The only small inconvenience is that cars cannot drive right up to the front of the hotel, so handling luggage takes a bit more effort. Otherwise everything was great."

It lacks bathroom door lock, and there is some water damage near the shower area that looks unpleasant. It requires some renovation. Poor communication, lock out second day. no notice or apology with apartmentdoor code changes."
