I found the staff to be genuinely lovely, they take time to say hello and check in with you as you enter or leave the hotel. We stayed at Monumenti Hotel Pula and it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff took care of us from the moment we arrived and made everything feel effortless. It was my 25th birthday during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make it feel extra special, such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and a team who genuinely care. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Hotel within lovely grounds, peaceful and relaxing. Staff were all professional, smiley and helpful, cannot fault them. No fighting for space by the pool or the lawned area with plenty of space around you. Bike hire was great way to get out to explore. Rovinji town was so beautiful to look at, lovely places to eat & drink, something going on in the Piazza every night. Lovely harbour. The whole place is so clean you feel you could eat straight off the floor! Very safe place too.

We spent 2 nights here before flying home from Pula Airport after a holiday exploring Croatia and Slovenia. It's a small hotel with only about 10 rooms, situated in a quiet residential area outside Pula. Staff are delightful - very friendly and helpful. Apartment was perfect for our needs. We spent a day exploring Pula and then walked along the paved walkway by the coast from near the apartment to Fazana.

2nd visit to the hotel , has been effectively refurbished since last time and found all staff including reception staff friendly and helpful. Lots of sunbeds unlike other hotels which you can place in shade under trees . Lovely pool area and restaurant/ bar. Easy to reach beautiful old town of Rovinj with its plentiful bars and restaurants. Beautiful forest walks next to hotel together with many excursions on offer .
