"We arrived here as the first stop for our honeymoon. We were taken care of right away. We were greeted with tea and when arriving in our room, it was decorated with our honeymoon greeting. The amenities were great, and the food was amazing. There are also local eats in walking distance around the hotel which made it convenient to try other Thai cuisine. We will definitely be back."

"Totally recommend staying at this hotel..River view from 22nd Floor where I stayed excellent. Staff great, lift staff, security, concierge greeting at front of hotel. Everything friendly. Rooms nice enough size, shower cubicle and separate bath. Kitchen, dining table. Balcony really nice. Only one minor negative. In both doorways from bedroom to bathroom three inch step across doorframe. Would not stop me staying there again. Big Thank You To Staff."

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Bangkok, offering great value and comfort. I’d definitely choose the Mandarin Hotel again on my next visit!"

"Very nice property. Excellent staff. Their app was very convenient to request services. Beautiful pool area and fitness center. The breakfast would be excellent if they learned how to use the chafing dishes to keep the hot items at least warm."
