"This is an older hotel in the old town of Bern. It is a beautiful building with a lot of character and charm. The check in was easy, they held our luggage for us while we did some sightseeing, and were very friendly. The building itself seemed very hot and stuffy...but that is not unusual for this age of building. There was a fan in the room and with our windows open it cooled off fairly quickly."
