The room is a bit small, and the window is too tiny to enjoy the city view, but the service is excellent—everyone from the doorman to the receptionist to the cleaning staff and kitchen staff. The staff is very helpful, polite, and professional. A big shout-out to Jade. She is patient and kind. I’ve watched her greet everyone with a smile. She makes you feel welcome and happy. Another big shout-out to Mr. Tan. He greets everyone at the door and helps with their luggage, all with a smile. He even makes small talk and makes you feel welcome Thank you for the lovely room decorations to celebrate our 29th anniversary. All HAPPY LIFE staff deserve a 5-star rating."
