Top Bell Busk Hotel Reviews

Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort

8/10 Good

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel is modern, clean and well presented, and the restaurant, bar and breakfast teams were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. Despite booking a luxury double room, we were initially allocated an accessible room. When we queried this and showed our booking confirmation, which clearly confirmed the room we had reserved, both reception staff and the manager suggested the error was ours rather than acknowledging the hotel's mistake. Having travelled extensively and stayed in hotels around the world, we felt this fell short of the level of customer service expected from a hotel of this standard. Thankfully, the excellent service from the restaurant, bar and breakfast teams helped make the overall stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is lovely, but we feel that some additional training for the reception team would help bring the check-in experience in line with the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

Craven Heifer

8/10 Good

"Great staff, very good evening meal, lovely room. Only gripe Is didn't like the shower curtain - prefer glass door."

Stone trough hotel

8/10 Good

"Lovely stay at the Stone Trough, room was lovely and clean, had a beautiful view of the countryside and breakfast was very nice. Great value for money"

Mytton Fold Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a spacious clean room with a great view onto the golf course. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made you feel both welcome and valued from the minute we arrived to when we left. We have a lovely breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending you stay at the Mytton Fold Hotel"

GreenGrove Country House B&B

10/10 Excellent

"A fabulous place to stay in a really scenic and peaceful area of the Yorkshire Dales. Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast and wonderful hosts. We will definitely return."

The Fence Gate Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely place well situated for good walks and thier pub is just 2 mins down the road which served us great food as well."

The Skipton Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"A good hotel, beautifully situated on the canal."

Herriots

8/10 Good

"Room spacious and clean. Breakfast options were excellent."

Grassington Lodge

8/10 Good

"It’s difficult, because I can understand the wide range of reviews. The fact that there are no staff on site, coupled with an unusual door access system, makes thinking of this as a hotel (never mind the star rating) somewhat of a stretch. Having said that, a mobile number was provided if needed. Our room was clean (although somewhat dated) and had all the equipment we expected. One big issue that we only subsequently learned about was that some of the rooms did not have an en suite. Ours did (with a much-appreciated heated towel rail), but I would have been very annoyed if we had been allocated a room without. Make sure of your room number! The location is excellent. Parking is available, but limited, so don’t be the last to arrive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and felt we had good value for money."
