"I really like this hotel! This is my second visit to Quebec and we stayed here both times. The rooms are very nice, beds comfortable, and the location is just perfect for all our walks around the old city. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If I come back, I will book here again and I have already recommended the hotel to friends and family."

"気持ちの良い滞在が出来る、大変好立地の最高の場所にあるホテルです。レストランも周辺に沢山ありますし、お土産屋さんも直ぐ近く、シャトーフロントナックホテルは、目の前。申し分ないです。ホテルもとても可愛らしい作りで、本当にゆっくりと滞在できました。スーツケースをチェックイン前とチェックアウト後に預かってくれました。デポジットの返金も他のホテルより早かった。2階にチェックインカウンターがあり、エレベーターがありません。スーツケースを持って階段を登る必要があります。途中でスタッフさんが気付いて、スーツケースを持ってくれました。スタッフさんがフレンドリーで親切です。小さなお金に両替もしてくれました。とてもオススメの素敵な可愛い赤い屋根のホテルです。"

"We loved the location of our little apartment/studio in Vieux Quebec. The area is very walkable--in fact, the only time we took public transportation was the #800 bus to Montmorency Falls. Lots of hills and stairs, including a flight of stairs down to the studio itself, but a short walk to Petit Champlain, full of shops and places for a snack or meal. The living area of the place looks directly out onto a pedestrian street so we kept the curtains closed, but we were out exploring all day. It...

"Great location, condo was clean and spacious. So many restaurants and shops nearby. The only complaint we had was too few hangers, no dish cloths or tea towels to dry dishes. Overall an excellent stay!!"

"My husband and I loved Hotel des Coutelleir. It was such a covenant location, everything in the old city was walkable. The room was perfect and having breakfast delivered was such a bonus. The people at the desk were incredibly helpful. They thought of everything even having a place to refill your water bottles in the lobby. You parked across the street and you paid the hotel so just one bill. We will absolutely stay here again and will tell our friends to do the same."

"This is a great place to stay with clean rooms, comfortable beds and an ok shower. The hotel was a short walk from all the attractions and the location was very quiet. There was a good range of amenities in the room and the kitchenette was well equipped. The WiFi based room key was a bit of a pain but you got used to it. "
