"Check in process was bad. Our room was not ready until 24 minutes after. We travel all night and wanted to rest. There should be more options for the Included Breakfast, there was only a couple items to choose from, all other items had a charge. We love tea but they never refilled it at our room. Staff was under trained but very tried very hard to help out.
Location of the hotel is close to the downtown area and our room was always very clean. "

"It was a beautiful place. As soon as you entered everything was so decorated with a purpose. The lap pool was beautifully placed. The staff was always available and sweet. Location, location, location. You were close to everything. In the corner a bar with a great salsa music. "
