"The club is not really worth it it’s a nice hotel but they upcharge for late checkout 2000 baht even if you have the club access I stayed in a skyline suite very expensive and they still upcharge me for a 3 hour late check out .. they do have a pretty nice hotel and great breakfast nice area close to good stuff but just book a regular room the nice ones aren’t much better but cost way more "

"I was greeted with a welcome cold drink on arrival. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I did have to get a cab from the Airport when i have messaged twice to arrange this. Evidently i should have done it when i made the booking. My room was fine, i had wished I'd booked a balcony room but on hindsight I'm glad i didn’t as the sun was on those rooms constantly and they overlooked the pool. "We stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon. My husband says he felt like a king. Best hotel stay we have ever had and we plan to come back just to stay here again. Breakfast buffet was indescribable. Staff was outstanding- so incredibly respectful, helpful, and nice. The room had an amazing view of the river and pool. 2 bathrooms in our room. Unlimited water bottles. Round trip transfer included them even helping us check in for our flight and check our luggage. Couldnt have asked for a better property."
