"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it with a few notes: - Staff - very friendly n helpful - Rooms - comfortable size with modern decor including armchair n lounge chair however bed is too soft for my preference - Housekeeping - generally clean and tidy thou I noticed a few hairs on the floor n in bathroom at times. Tea n coffee weren’t replenished on some days - Pool - Didn’t use it but pool area looks cosy and inviting-perfect for relaxing even thou it is on the smaller side What I don’t like about the hotel : - Location - Not very close to BTS/ MRT but hotel do provide tutuk service but I don’t think it helps much - Soundproofing - Rooms are road facing so can hear some traffic and occasional door closing from neighbouring rooms"
