"The location of property was excellent. Creek was awesome. Bow valley parkway was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For kitchen and shower room they had all amenities you needed.
On the other hand, our room is 33 cannot reach wifi but you can walk outside closer to lobby to use it. And shower from second floor can leak to bedroom downstair a little.

"There are full options of home facilities, fast to check in and friendly staff with a nice advices. The location quit far from Lake Louis but if you have a car there is no problem but good things are near Castle mountain and Jonhton Canyon, mid way from banff and Lake Louise. I really like here so much."

"Banff Aspen Lodge is clean and comfortable, with a good location in downtown Banff. It has free underground parking and a pleasant inner courtyard with a hot tub, cool pool and sauna. Beds are comfortable, service is good, and the included breakfast is decent. Highly recommended."
"Outstanding staff, Carolina in the front desk in particular. Restaurant has very good options. Rooms with balcony have a fantastic view, also are on the highway side but they're very quiet."
"Amazing stay. The staff were beyond great. Extremely helpful when we had an issue with our room. Hot tub, cold plunge pool and sauna are so good, as are the smores. Highly recommend staying here.

"Newly renovated top to bottom. Double Queen room is a little snug, but clean and quiet. Pool are is fantastic, they have a cold plunge, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a steam room. Location is great, super walkable everywhere. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended."
"You can’t beat the location of this hotel! It is close to everything and right across the street from the Roam bus station. You are given free passes for the transit system during your stay. Parking is also so convenient. The rooms are pretty basic but nothing to complain about - comfortable beds and amazing water pressure in the shower! Very friendly staff. Prices in Banff are crazy everywhere. I thought the prices here were reasonable compared to others."
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Dog-friendly; provided bed, dog bowl, poop bags, and even a toy! Had to go across the street to Hotel Canoe for any questions but not that big of a deal. About 25 min walk to downtown Banff which was fine. Would recommend!"
