"Perfectly lovely downtown hotel. Parking was a little tight for bigger cars (minivan), but otherwise easy. The staff were very nice. They had one elevator down and that increased wait times for the elevators, but otherwise a very nice place."

"Great service very quick check in and out. Room a little dated. Vanity way too short as well as toilet. Bathroom needs a refresh and the carpet in the main room needs to go. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. "

"I stayed at the Embassy Suites Niagara Falls, Ontario last night and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was exactly as expected clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. The view and overall atmosphere were fantastic. "Great place to stay! Easy walk to a bunch of Niagara Falls adventures. Plus great restaurants to choose from. If you love Casinos one connected to hotel. Plus a ton of things for kids to do at Clifton Hills! We have older kids 16 and up and they enjoyed Clifton Hill as well!"
