Thank you for your kind review. In all rooms we have tea making facilities with complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits etc this is situated in your cupboard? We have the best views and perhaps you can call us directly as we have a family room on the ground floor which is bigger in size.

I am sorry to read your review ben. Firstly did you come down and speak to the manager on duty about your room and the issues you had? I can try my hardest to rectify issues if i am told about them. A family room is a room for 4 people and this was the room type you booked for your stay. Theses rooms are also advertised as attic rooms with stairs so people are aware on all sites. I do not understand your breakfast as your room was booked bed and breakfast so this includes anything from the bureau and a cooked breakfast? Our car park has 9 spaces and we also have a massive council car park to the front of the hotel and to the side. Did you ask anyone to help you with your luggage at check in as this would not have been a problem,
