Room full of dust. Toilet dirty. Complained re this. When we went back to the room toilet still dirty. Went to the reception and got cleaning products an cleaned it ourselves.

Lovely location and beautiful room with modern appointments and quality tea/ coffee/ toiletries etc. Convenient location for the highlands with things to see and do from the doorstep. The only let down was the breakfast which took almost an hour to arrive after ordering, which sadly took the shine ...

When we checked in the member is staff was so friendly we got to our apartment and it was beautiful .. the location was outstanding and we had a best weekend staying at Kenmore Club
