"My husband went last weekend for a business trip. He came back and mentioned that it's a new hotel, look nice and clean. He had an early flight so as soon as he check in, he thought to take a good rest before going out for meeting. The head lamp is facing the bed which is quite bright to him so he tried to switch it off. And here the power tripped happened to his room. He called the reception to check. Reception mentioned that it was power tripped. My husband request for a room change, but...

"Accommodatie erg netjes, mooie grote kamers. Wc in dezelfde ruimte was een minpunt. Jammer dat er ook geen toiletborstel was. Parkeren was belachelijk: 20 euro per 24 uur, zeker omdat het ook niet mogelijk was om in de buurt gratis te parkeren. Ontbijt was op zaterdag oké (we waren vroeg en alles was aanwezig) Zondag slecht. Het was druk en een groot deel was op en werd te laat aangevuld. Aangezien ik dit al eerder heb gelezen vraag ik me af of ze in dit hotel leren van de feedback."

"The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."

"This hotel was in a pretty good location but the hotel itself was super cute and chic, very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally helpful!!! Free coffee was a bonus but as a tourist we were trying to figure things out and make plans and the staff were exceptional! Highly recommend!"

"The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. "We booked this property five months in advance and were given two, small interior rooms with “windows” that opened into a dark, dirty stairwell. Little light in the cramped, dirty hallway and no light at the elevator. You had to feel around for the elevator buttons. The elevator was a nightmare. Questioned if it functioned properly. We did not stay here. I contacted the manager who said he could not do anything for us and hung up while I was still talking to him. Expedia should not endorse...
