It’s very utilitarian a simple practical place to sleep, moneys worth and five star staff, helpful and kind. The only issue is that their location is not clear on navigation apps. Other than that it will save you time and money.

Cuando llegamos solo habían una habitación disponible para nosotros, aún cuando la reservación venían dos habitaciones. No tuvimos agua caliente y tuvimos que estar bañandonos todos en un de las habitaciones. El personal muy amable, de eso no hay ninguna queja.

El hotel NO está dentro de la ciudad Antigua, se necesita vehículo para transportarse de la ciudad al hotel

Imposible de ubicarlos en Maps o Waze. Su pin de GPS aparece en otro lugar distinto. El Hotel no tiene rotulación alguna y está alejado del centro de Antigua en una zona que no inspira seguridad. Después de lidiar con la ubicación por 1 hora, logré llegar al hotel. Para mi sorpresa, me indicaron que el hotel estaba sobrevendido y que solo me podían hospedar 1 noche. No procedieron con el reembolso de la noche que no disfruté. Ante mis reclamos, simplemente me ignoraron. Básicamente es una estafa. Al día de hoy sigo peleando con Expedia para que reembolsen el hospedaje que no disfruté por culpa de ellos. Las instalaciones son decentes y tienen una mascota (Golden Retriever) muy amistosa, pero más allá de eso, no hay nada más rescatable.
