"I had a great stay and would rate Hotel Covington 4.5 stars if that was possible. The room, lobby, and Knowledge bar had a great balance of elegance and comfort, so that I felt pampered. I can't say enough about how warm and professional the staff is. The -.5 comes from two things: 1) there not being a way to make coffee or hot water in the Deluxe room, so that I had to go downstairs for those. Guests get free drip coffee in the morning, but you have to go get it. 2) The bed was firm for me. Otherwise the room was comfortable - and soundproof! That was wonderful. The location is also prime. I would definitely stay there again."
