"The hotel is beautiful and at a perfect location, right by Vondelpark and a 20-minute walk to Dam Square. There’s also a direct bus to and from the airport which was incredible! "The room was poorly cleaned and I found insects in my bed. I tried to reach out to the property a number of times and they would always say that the management is not available. It’s been 3 weeks and they did nothing to apologize for this"
