This is perfect place close to Zaanse Chans and city center, if you don't want to have a hotel in the busy city. Close to the airport. I think it's just the perfect place, the unit is clean and spacious, perfet for families with kids.

The absolute best place to stay! There is air conditioning - it works very well. The wifi is strong and the kitchen is extremely functional. The fridge is a fair size for a family of 3. We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Would definitely stay again. This location is 5 mins walk from the station and max ten minute train ride (3.45 Cdn) to central station.

Amazing location! Right next to the station, quiet area & shops nearby. Would have gotten 5 stars if based on the location alone, BUT I went for the suite option because we were planning on spending half a day inside to watch movies / tv shows. The website said that you are able to use the smart TV with a hdmi, but the TVs are locked so you can’t change the source & guest services confirmed it wasn’t possible to use the hdmi on any of their tv’s. The sofa bed is also quite creaky. If you’re playing too just sleep and eat, there’s not much point going for the suites (other than the bigger beds)

a convenient stay away from the noise of central

15 min drive to city center. If you want covered parking you can use radisson hotel parking. i suggest you book online for multi day multi pass parking for an overall cheaper and more convenient parking experience by parkbee. the only downside you have to enter hotel to access your car. in and out with car is convenient thru the parkbee app/website. as for the stay, cleaning can be done but with extra charge. i wanted change of towels and linen but did not bother as it was a hassle to ask everytime. the place was clean and access to the property is convenient.

Everything great except the very important beds

These apartment are great for all reasons but one very important part, the beds! I paid 2 apartments for 4 nights for 7 people and there are only good beds for 4 of them. The sofa beds are terrible, make a lot of sound when someone moved and the people sleeping there had pain in their backs after this stay. I tried to contact the property but they could not do anything (and didn't even call back to give me an answer, I had to spend time calling again). Also I tried reaching out before I came and also after 2 days stay to ask about parking options and they answered very late. Another con is the bathroom, there is a space between the wall and glass door so other people can see inside when someone is on the toilet or taking a shower which makes some people uncomfortable. So communication and bed arrangements ruin an otherwise very very nice and clean apartments which I would definately use again if not for these flaws. Would also like to mention that the location is great and the apartment building and surroundings also.

Excellent location, nice apartment suites

Having the sofa bed made up for us when we arrived so late at night was very welcoming. Although the property did look as advertised, it was slightly less brand new than the pictures suggested, with a few scuff marks on the walls and there was a chipped glass. For the price paid, the standard of cleanliness was a little disappointing, with crumbs under the sofa bed, dusty skirting boards and the floor, although appearing clean, when wiped, clearly needed a deep clean. If the property hadn't been so expensive, these details would have been happily overlooked, but with that price tag, anything less than perfection is disappointing. The location is excellent, so close to Sloterdijk train station. The area felt safe. The automated check in system worked absolutely perfectly. Free laundry facilities were an excellent touch, although supplying the necessary products would make this even better. Likewise, in our suite, the washing up liquid hadn't been replenished.

The electricity did not work for the first day and was not fixed until late evening. Ruined the trip because I specifically needed the kitchen. Also once the electricity worked the fridge was set automatically to too cold and everything in the fridge was frozen constantly. Also the room was a bit dirty and not cleaned properly. I also had to wait for the elevator to my room for over 15 minutes at one point because the cleaners were keeping the elevator stuck in another floor. And you couldn't get to your room via stairs because the doors were locked.

The rooms are not family friendly and there is no privacy between the bathroom and living spaces. There is no front desk, and you have to communicate via WhatsApp. The remote for the TV was missing from the room, and no one came to help. After waiting for hours, they told us to get it from another room on a different floor. One of the days, there was no electricity in the room, and the lady on the phone told us to get on a chair and start flipping the fuses on the electrical fuse board ourselves.

Great value and spacious, but be mindful of bathroom privacy! We stayed here from Wednesday to Friday and were really impressed with the value—paying just over $200 for two nights in Amsterdam is a rare find! The Pros: The room was surprisingly spacious, which was great since we were traveling with two teenagers. Although the pillows were a bit small when we arrived, the staff was very responsive and dropped off a couple of much better pillows the very next day. The area is very quiet, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The Cons: The biggest issue for a family is the bathroom. The doors are glass and don't have locks; you can see shadows through them, so privacy is quite limited. Also, while the location is quiet, it is a bit far from the main canal area and restaurants. We ended up taking Ubers back and forth to get downtown. Overall: If you are looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and large space and don't mind a short commute, this is a fantastic choice. Just be prepared for the "open" bathroom layout!

Nous avons réservé la suite de luxe en pensant avoir celle avec 4 vitrines dans le salon au lieu de 2 vitrines dans la suite confort comme le montrait la photo du site, mais nous avons eu 2 vitrines et il nous a été mentionné que c'était à titre d'exemple et que notre suite de luxe correspondait à la description à cause de la plus grande surface de la suite. J'aurais aimé qu'on le précise sur le site parce que j'ai accepté de payer plus cher justement pour avoir 4 vitrines au salon et non 2. Nous étions une famille de 4, 2 adultes et 2 adolescents de 15 et 16 ans. La salle de bain est cloisonnée avec un mur givré où on voit les ombres de l'autre côté et la porte vitrée laisse un espace de 2 cm tout le tour, ce qui fait qu'il y a un manque d'intimité. Ok pour un couple, mais en famille avec des adolescents, ce n'est pas indiqué. Nous suggérons d'y mettre un cadre pour assurer l'intimité, tant de la toilette que de la douche. L'emplacement est toutefois excellent puisque nous sommes à 4 minutes à pied des transports en commun (bus et metro au même endroit). Le lit king est très confortable, mais le divan-lit était brisé, des bosses et des creux qui ont rendu la nuit très inconfortable pour les 2 ados. La cuisine était bien équipé pour se faire des repas avec aussi lave-vaisselle et machine à café. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, mais pas la suite de luxe, c'est payé plus pour rien.
