"Good location, very clean, good staff"

"We (me and my wife) recently stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks. The location is good. Also, the room is functional enough. That's positive side. However, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service through our experience. First, right after we checked in (Friday) and unpacked luggage, we found out that the room's laundry machine didn't work properly with error message. "fantastic place to stay. two bedroom suite had everything needed: stove, oven, fridge, all utensils and a large dining area. short walk to grocery store north or south. easy access to tram (very easy to get to/from airport schiphol). ebike rental from adagio was the best thing we did. access to the anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. katja (sp?) was very helpful at the front desk. laundry services were very useful. just a little south of city center but i highly recommend."

"The apartments are in a covered pedestrian shopping district, repurposed from a warehouse with very high ceilings. It is two levels with the bedroom loft over the downstairs. It is very roomy and surprisingly quiet. It is steps from public transport and the Food Hallen and the Ten Kate Street Market. It’s also 20-30 minutes walking distance to the museums and Vondelpark. "The property was perfect for our family. True, it’s the penthouse and there are stairs but we appreciated the views, space, large bathroom, and cold air conditioning. This is in walking distance to the Van Gogh museum. We loved our stay and would stay here again."
