"Good value for the area. Beds are comfortable, free breakfast, good exercise room and convenient location. Bathrooms can vary and need some updating but overall is solid."

"Lunch wasn’t open or available as stated. The elevators broke and everyone in the hotel was stuck on every floor. Then they only got 2 elevators working and it took over an hour to get down. The “fire” stairs don’t even go down to the lobby. Not to mention the parking garage that they make you pay for, gets blocked off by the club next door and you can’t even get in to park. No offer for compensation or discount or anything. Hotel looks cool in the lobby but everything else is completely outdated and broken or doesn’t open as says."

"Everything was great. Only issue was they state the pool opens at 7am but really its like 715 to 730. Oh and i wish the pool didn't close so early at 10pm. At least 11pm if not 12am. "

"This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location!! The attached restaurants are very good, the staff is very friendly. However, the room configuration is extremely strange with the bathroom essentially subdivided by a hallway. There’s no privacy, including a beveled door for the toilet lol not sure who thought that was a good idea?! Also, the pool is incredibly small. Perhaps I should’ve known that, but from the pictures, it looks dramatically different."

"One of the worst stays I’ve had. The room was dirty and smelled awful, and the electronics provided (like the hair dryer) were filthy. The AC and refrigerator barely worked. On top of that, I paid for valet parking and my car was damaged while in their care. Completely unacceptable—avoid this place."

"The hotel property is fine-the lighting in the bathroom is horrible and size of the bathroom is too small for a junior suite. Didn’t replenish creamer and toilet paper. Have stayed in numerous Fairmont properties, both on Gold and normal rooms, and have had great experiences-this didn’t look/feel like a Fairmont property."

"My daughters and I visit Dallas often. Every May come to town and stay at the Hyatt for a concert we look forward to all year. This year, we purchased a gift item at Tiffany's for a very special person and a once in a lifetime special occasion that was occurring the next day. That gift was accidentally left in our hotel room after check out. We realized it an hour after leaving but we were already in Arlington, headed into a Ranger game. We called the hotel and the room was checked. The bag with the gift was not found. I was devastated as that we not have time to go back to Tiffany's. The gift was needed for the next day. We proceeded with filing a lost/stolen report with Elaine in the the security department. She took it upon herself to search through ALL the trash from the floor we were staying on and the bag was found! We went back Dallas after the baseball game before heading back to OKC. We retrieved the gift, which was still perfectly wrapped, with the receipt and card in the bag. I could not believe it! Elaine-- thank you! You have no idea how appreciative we are! To the management of the Hyatt: Elaine is a phenomenal employee! She is a great example of going above and beyond and because of that, we will continue being Hyatt Regency guests. I hope the management recognizes the outstanding perseverance and moral character of this staff member. Elaine-- THANK YOU!"

"We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub and the shower head was awkwardly placed but all worked out. Location was good too. There were a few restaurants very close to the hotel and we were able to walk to Perot Museum and local grocery store. Overall I would 100% stay again."
