The setting in the lemon orchard is beautiful and their fresh lemon juice and lemon spritzes are delicious! If I could give more than 5 stars for this place then I would. "The Palazzo Avino is an outstanding hotel! We had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation there! It is beautiful both inside an out with beautiful vistas from every corner, window, seat etc. My favourite part of the resort is their private beach club down by the sea. It is magnificent as well! The water is beautiful and your lounges are perch just above the sea. Remember to reserve a spot at the beach club when you arrive as there are only about 15 spots there!!!"

"There is no other luxury hotel that is Monastero Santa Rosa’s equal. The view from the room, pool, gardens and restaurants are breath taking. The staff was exceedingly kind and helpful, food and wine selections, divine. The bus to get down to amalfi is right outside this corner of this hotel, always on time , runs every 20-30 minutes and costs less then 2 euros. "I really, really wanted to give a 5-star rating because the staff was so so so wonderful. But the air conditioning did not work and the room was sooo hot. The room was lovely, the staff so nice and accomodating, and the morning breakfast was small but delicious. I loved everything about it except for the non-functioning air conditioning. Even so, I would probably stay there again and just suffer through it because the staff was just so friendly and nice."
