"The location is convinient, but place doesn't look as nice as on photos. The main problem is noise. I could hear everything above me and around me. I couldn't. As some people left early, I couldn't sleep anymore because it felt that they are walking in my room and the cars were worst. The stuff tried their best, but office closed till 9am. The water is not drinkable, even coffe tasted terrible, so bring your own"

"Free Breakfast and 5:30 to 7:30 pm cocktails and nibbles were very good. We had the corner room which was excellent. Location distance to attractions in Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel are very good. What we didn’t like was the$20/night hotel parking charge as the parking lot does not have a security gate to enter and exit. We also did not like the $15/night Destination charge, which can be deducted if you purchase something in their gift shop."

"The room was clean and staff was helpful. The room itself was nice, but definitely got warm at night. Unfortunately the fan itself made a lot of noise at night. We tried opening the window at night, but it was quite noisy. Overall, the hotel was in a very nice and convenient location. "

"0 stars for room cleanliness, smelled like pee, bathroom visibley dusty, needs scrub and deep wash all around.bathroom floor hadn’t been clean I wanted to give my baby a bath but that went out the window . Linen did not feel fresh and clean. Power 2 power outlets were out. Staff was nice Breakfast was nicely set up and clean surprisingly Parking was easy "
