Very disappointed. The rooms were extremely dirty—I had to change rooms upon check-in due to an unclean kitchen, and the second room was just as bad. There was mold in the bathroom and rust on the bathtub. The rooms look nothing like the photos online. When I reported this at checkout, the front desk showed no apology and seemed to doubt my concerns, even when I had photos. I did not feel taken seriously. I would not recommend this hotel. The only positive is the nearby shops.

The thermostat in our room did not work, tried to call the front desk but the phone was not working, apparently it was for decoration only, as the maintenance man said next day, it never worked .they could not fix the thermostat for two day, it was very uncomfortable staying in a cold room, they didn’t offer to change our room. Will not stay there again.

Nice room. Just alot of noise upstairs. Needs some updating. Bathtub was rusted and wall paper coming off the walls. Kitchen was great but not enough supplies for coffee. No tea variety. And we got NO room cleaning. So we had no fresh towels. Free Breakfast was nice! Overall great! Staff was very nice! Grounds were clean.
