"First of all, the hotel hygiene was terrible the whole week I stay there nobody come to clean the room. Second when I call the receptionist they don’t answer the phone right away, and they took my clothes for the laundry service I requested and they had it for 3 days my room is very dirty and when I ask them they say we only do it in early morning so I stayed in the dirty room which can affect my health and well being. There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride).
The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby.
