"The room, though small, was a last minute upgrade & has the essentials including a fridge & hair dryer. 24 hr complimentary coffee, tea & drinking water was great to have especially as tap water is not potable. Breakfast cannot be faulted, ample & good variety. Ergan the concierge was very welcoming & helpful, the whole staff is ready to assist. Small hotel, big heart."

"Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Frechheit und eine Gefahr für jede Familie. Es war dreckig, unhygienisch und heruntergekommen: überall offene Kabel, ein defekter Rauchmelder war einfach mit Plastik abgedeckt, das WC kaputt und verdreckt, die Dusche schimmlig und das ganze Zimmer voller Staub und Gestank. Es gab nur eine Decke und ein Handtuch für 4 Personen, die Möbel waren beschädigt und der Boden klebrig.
Nach nur kurzer Zeit bekam mein Kind einen Hautausschlag, vermutlich wegen der...

"Overall, it’s a good place — clean, no insects, and well-maintained. The washroom shower was extremely poor, which was disappointing, but aside from that the stay was lovely. The staff were generally nice and polite. However, the only real negative experience was during checkout at 3 AM. I had five bags with me, and the staff member at reception didn’t even offer to help — he just stood there watching. That left a bad impression after an otherwise pleasant stay."
