Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the service, which although never rude, showed a lack of experience at all levels, including duty managers. "We had a lovely stay & loved the location. Our room was clean, comfortable with a good size bathroom & shower. It had a small balcony with a partial sea view and it was nice sitting outside in the evening listening to live music in the restaurant below (not every night). The walk to the city centre & the old town was about 30-35 minutes, but if you didn’t feel like walking there’s a taxi stand nearby which cost 4 euro. Lots of waterfront restaurants to select from in the evening. It’s not a brand new building but it’s very well maintained and the staff were lovely & very helpful especially Savvina."
