"This hotel is in the new part of the city, very close walk to the aquarium. It is beautifully decorated inside with informative wall art about Lisbon. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had towel warmers. The toilet space has a door for privacy. They offer pillow service - never had that before - where you could choose from five different types of pillows. "Did not stay for breakfast. Had to catch early flight. Reception was very clean and very comfortable sofas. They had water and water with lemon flavored along with fresh apples for guests. Hotel Porter was very helpful and was available to help guests as they entered Tivoli. Room was very clean and had complimentary water bottle, Inside pool was well kept however the hot tub water temperature was cold. Would definitely stay there again. "
