"This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and we enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely bar. Yoga and Pilates with Francesca and Isabel were a perfect start to the day. Excellent classes. We will definitely be trying other VINCCI hotels. Thank-you to all staff. "

"Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend."

"We are a couple both aged 23 - absolutely loved Colon Guanahani. The hotel is for the relaxers, we were one of few younger couples mostly older ladies and gents. "Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "

"El hotel tiene una entrada majestuosa. En el séptimo piso, donde me alojé estaban en obras, y empezaron desde temprano por la mañana con ruidos molestos; cosa que no se mencionó al hacer el check in. Eché en falta un par de botellitas de agua de cortesía , y al ir a buscar una al minibar , estaba vacío.
