"Great check-in process for two of us with limited vision. Showed us our room and gave us directions to Big Bus stop, Paddington Station and nearby restaurants. Very close to Paddington Station while being near area restaurants."

"Really nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of hot water and heat. Rooms are small and you can hear people outside but that didn’t bother us. The neighborhood is beautiful and near all public transportation, and it’s near nice restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. A really nice surprise with the cleanliness and kind staff (cleaners & front desk). "

"Staff are amazing, accomodating and helpful. Location is unbeatable for central London. Rooms are great but could use a little upgrade. Mattress had a little dip where it had been used over time. Also found it odd that they didnt supply amenities like a toothbrush, cotton and no slippers or robe. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book there again."

"We did not end up eating breakfast at the hotel. We did use the spa the first day, which help us relax from our plane trip. The spa under the hotel is an independent institute. It was good, but rather expensive compared to other spas in the area. "

"Very cool place, nice finishes everywhere and comfy well equipped rooms. The gym and pool area are really nice and the location is great for getting into town. The only negative is the breakfast: the quality of food is very good but it’s just very chaotic, not enough space to sit comfortably and whilst the staff clearly work really hard to keep it going, there is a constant wait for things to be replenished. "
