Awesome hotel, top quality

The property is located in quite neighborhood in Abu Dhabi, not recommended for those who hunt adrenaline. But every thing you want is maximum 20 min away by taxi. The accommodation is quite comfortable, the service is of high quality. I really liked the suite, and all facilities especially the pool and steam room. The staff is great and of high capability. Special thanks to Jevi on the front desk, the respective woman who eased our stay both inside and outside the property. Jiwan the enthusiastic , professional housekeeper, who I barely could recognize he was there. Ruwan the helpful and gentleman. It was great experience to know you all

Perfect Location

Overall stay was good. The breakfast could've been better as the options were minimal - but had the basics. Bathroom amenities weren't replaced everytime - towels, cotton buds, gowns etc... Bed was super comfy and room was clean.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Amazing place. Staff are excellent especially Winston at breakfast. All the staff from receptionists, valet guys, restaurant staff, the pool are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It will be nice though if more English speaking channels are made available. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back.

워너브라더즈와 시내의 중간 입니다. 위치가 조금 어중간합니다. 시내로 간다면 숙박 비용이 올라 가겠지만 교통비등에서 절약이 됩니다. 청결, 조식는 만족 합니다.

Location is great. Next to ADNEC with easy access to Khaleej Al Arabi freeway and Zayed Sports City. Facility relatively new and one of three co-located Rotana hotels. Room spacious and comfortable. An excellent value during summer months. Staff very helpful and courteous. Easy to use work desk and kitchen facility. Only parking is free valet parking, so need to allow time time bring car up from underground parking when going places. A couple of times that took 10+ min due to trouble finding key or high traffic volume. Other minor items were bathroom sink clogged and handicapped bathroom had features that made it inconvenient for use by non-handicapped patrons (no storage, open shower which allowed water to spread around room). Hotel staff did offer to relocate to different room.

nice and comfortable stay

good location to the venue, but except for the venue, there is not much in the neighborhood. very comfortable hotel with friendly and help employees

Modern, upscale property. Room was excellent value. Room amenities excellent. Even provided user manuals for kitchen appliances. Iron provided was inexplicably cheap given the quality of everything else. Convenient location near ADNEC and Khaleej Al Arabi freeway. Parking only by valet which is a problem if in a hurry or if making several short trips in a day. Not much at breakfast for traditional Western tastes, so not a good value for me. Daily room cleaning unusually late in day (as late at 4:30 pm). If out running errands or sightseeing during the day, that’s about the time people come back to change, clean up and get ready to go out for the evening. Would expect room to be serviced before then.
