"Do not book this place. I don't think it is their fault but Sugar Creek Rd is zombieville. Junkies were hanging out around the hotel and were all over the street. They were very intimidating and we did not even try to pull into the property. Seriously dangerous situation."

"There was mold present. The smell was overwhelming to the point I had to decide for my safety that I could not stay there. I had to cancel my reservation as I could not stay there due to health issues I respectfully asked for a refund and waiting for for the Expedia team to help me get a refund as I had to book another room at another hotel. My entire vacation has been impacted negatively to this issue."

"The hotel seemed like it was a long-term housing for people, The hotel smelt like smoke all throughout. The front staff was not the cleanest looking person. Our shower still had hair in it, missing the toilet paper holder. There was only muffin and granola bars for breakfast. No one at the front when we checked out in the am. "

"Room was stinking, smell like dogs. Couch need cleaning, paint peeling, pillows are the worst, so flat you get neck tramps and bed not comfortable all. If they had breakfast, I wouldn't have eaten it. Had tag on the door and cleaning staff still when in my room while I was gone. "
