"Everything about this hotel is amazing. The hotel smelled really nice and all the staff was very friendly and the facilities were extremely clean. We had an amazing time there with our kids. Everything was so much fun. The in room dining menu and restaurants. Food choices are so delicious. I only wish every hotel was like this."

The hotel is not close the city centre of Pattaya but you will get a quiet and peaceful surrounding in exchange. Staff were all very nice and professional, easy to communicate in English. "The property is a 10/10 with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is a bit dirty with plastic and seweed on the beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. The food is great but limited options s for a longer stay. We stayed 5 days. The surface at the pool was a bit weird. They never came around to see if you wanted anything. "The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Kid friendly place. I enjoyed the calmness and serenity. Highly recommended for a whole family getaway especially the villas with private pool.
