"Disappointing bathroom, mould around the bath and lots of chipped paint.
They only service your room if you put a service sign on the door handle which we were unaware of and did not have the appropriate sign provided in our room.
In my opinion, not up to the 5 star rating."

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! What a delight! The bath prioriy is Charming
s, beautiful, well appointed, and has really very helpful and kind staff.
I will be kind and not tell you the hotel I was originally in, but it was horrible. The bath priorit is fantastic! The Spa was an added benefit as are the beautiful gardens!

"This hotel is quite easy walking distance into the main "old" part of town ... Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, River Avon, multiple churches, tons of restaurants. We loved our spacious room with a gorgeous high ceiling and updated bathroom. It felt like pure luxury after our cramped stay in London. We chose to enjoy their breakfast after an early morning walk down the river and around the Royal Victoria Gardens. "The rooms are well appointed. Clean and fully updated. The beddings are lovely and the bathrooms are massive with baths and luxuries. The breakfast was good too and well thought out. The property has a home feel and whole stay experience was without any issues. There is free parking too. The staff are helpful and very responsive to any request."
