"My main concern was that the door in our room to the balcony bottom latch did not work and I have a 8 year old on the 6th floor. The AC leaves alot to be desired it doesn't work very well, room gets hot and humid. Also wish the beach chairs and umbrellas were still included in stay, there an extra $50 per day. Everything else was excellent."

"Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights our room is clean towels are clean and changed the next day. Housekeeping comes every other day. Hotel is 5 mins drive to the beach, shopping center as well as fast food/restaurants is just around the property. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and safe. Highly recommend the place"

"As someone who typically chooses Hilton properties and has always had positive experiences, I was extremely disappointed with this stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, there was a dog barking almost constantly. We notified the hotel, but nothing was ever done to address the issue. If I wanted to listen to a dog bark throughout my entire stay, I would have simply brought my own dog with me. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. We discovered old blood stains on...

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We parked the car and never had to drive anywhere! Food and shops were literally along the same street, the beach was a hop across the road in front of the hotel, and the pool was the best! I picked this hotel mostly for location and because of the pool for my son. It was a safe pool. only up to 3-4 feet, very clean, and had a cool slide, too! We love this location and hotel!"

"I liked that the breakfast was all included also that we have our own kitchen with utensils bowls pans and plates etc. Also the laundry room was very helpful to have in the hotel."

"Everything was so nice at this property! The only small issue is there is construction work being done a little ways from the hotel, so it took a little longer to pull in and park."
