"Great location, however the idea of being awoken earlier than anticipated by faulty air conditioning. This triggered the in room gas leak detection alarm, which the on site staff responded to quickly by turning the air conditioning unit off. Silenced the alarm, but turned a/c off, and we were the up w hours earlier than anticipated for early departure, which was the reason for staying close by.
Appreciate these things happen and grateful for alarm, however presume ac had not been serviced."

"You need to pre book one of the parking spaces/companies so just take note ( I hadn’t realised).
Location great, room fine, door of bathroom didn’t close, breakfast very good. Friendly staff."

"Pros: really lovely looking hotel, great location to get around the city, comfortable mattress.
Cons: Not the warmest reception from staff aside from the last day when we met two really friendly ladies. We were in a garden room which was nice enough inside, however, the glass wall/window were so exposing that you had to have the curtain pulled across the entire time. That became quite annoying when leaving and entering as it would get caught in the door. The front door itself was very heavy and...

"No lift lots of stairs and corridors room small no colour, spa not very assessable as you have to go through the gym no gowns provided. Staff were polite and helpful breakfast ok quite a bit of choice
Bar expensive no entertainment so very quite if u want that then good parking ok
Good view wouldn’t visit again due to no lift and small rooms but dated"
