The staff and service were great, particularly the daytime manager who went to great lengths to help us when our daughter joined us mid-visit. They had no larger suites available and the manger, whose name I can't recall, went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 3."

"The lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) was so awesome and accommodating to the fact that my boyfriend and I had our cat with us. And she worked with us to let us stay a little longer to make sure we could get everything out, including the cat. This place is so amazing, I wish we could live here forever."

"I could hear very loudly, the next good neighbor turning on the bathtub faucet early in the am! It sounded like ours was being turned on but much louder! The floor was still wet from being washed(that’s good), but it was still gritty. The top of the refrigerator was dirty after being pulled out to check it. TV guide wasn’t available. Bathroom and bed was clean. The cleaning lady was super friendly and helpful. Coffee in office could have been a little stronger. The picture of Red Roof Inn was...

"The state of the facility was satisfactory, however, the swimming pool was inoperable. Consequently, my daughter was profoundly disappointed as the primary purpose of our visit was to utilize the pool. I wish that this information had been communicated to me in advance, as we could have chosen an alternative location for our visit."

"Very clean rooms. I checked for bedbugs, they were not present! Housekeeping was very efficient and went through at regular intervals (daily) to keep the room in good condition. The only thing that was negative was the first night we stayed, someone was yelling at someone else right outside our window at 4:00am and shortly after that, I thought I heard gunshots. That's not the staff's fault, that's the City of Elyria's fault."
