I arrived at the place 30 mins after the check-in time and there was no one there to let me in. It took the owner more then 45 mins to come let me in. I stay only for one night and had to get out of there as it felt unsafe and the accommodations were not what it mentioned on the booking itinerary. Therefore, I'm requesting a refund for the hotel."
