"Staff is awesome, checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. The hot beverage machine in the kitchen you get to use was always available. It was nice to have a refrigerator to use and to make a breakfast in the morning. The room was quiet and bed was fine. The hotel has been updated and is well kept. "This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...
