"The hotel was a little bit hard to find at first especially now that the MRT station is under construction. It took us a few minutes but we managed to find it eventually after much searching. Hotel address did not reflect the street name and this was part of the problem. Google maps wasn't much help either. "Property is new and clean. We got upgrade to bigger room. Love the floor to ceiling window with nice park view. Staff is very attentive and helpful . The nearby outlet mall is good. Taxi 105 to TaoYuan high speed train , $350 to airport . The only thing is if you have clothes to hang up, they don’t have a closet. Only hangers on wall. Other than that it’s a very good hotel to stay . "

"We loved staying at Panco and will absolutely stay there again the next time we're back. The location is excellent — a 5-8 minute walk to the Zhongshan MRT stop (red and green lines) but lots of buses even closer. There are lots of great food options and bars in the area, and there's a popular and well-stocked fruit vendor around the corner, which is a welcome addition to breakfast. "I traveled with my son, both of us love this hotel very much. The room is good size, very comfortable and clean. Toilet is equipment with electronic bidet that make daily job easier. This hotel also have washer and dryer which is free. 15minutes walk to airport transit or take taxi costed $3 USD. "

"I quite love this hotel actually. However, there are some concerns that i would like to recommend. Hotel should do more clean because i found hair on the floor and dust on the fridge. In case of amenities, hotel should give all rooms in day by day. The price is reasonable and staffs are quite good in service and communication. "Excellent location. Easily accessible by bus and MRT. Lots of shops and restaurants downstairs. This is like a mini one room apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Toilet with huge bathtub and separate shower room. I like the Japanese design toilet cover that auto open too! I would definitely stay here again for next trip. "
