"We were only here for a single night passing through Valencia. They accommodated our late evening arrival without problem and were super helpful in booking an early morning taxi to the airport. Our room was on the top floor with a wrap around balcony and great view. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would have happily stayed more days if our schedule was different. "

"The hotel is really lovely, rooms are large and clean, bed is comfortable, staff completely lovely. The area around is perfection. Our only complaint is that we had a family emergency where we had to fly back home to Canada unexpectedly and the hotel manager refused to issue a refund, which we thought under the circumstances was cheap. But aside from the management, it is a wonderful hotel, brilliantly located."

"Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me. Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave. "One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

"My experience from check in to check out was great! The front desk staff were courteous (well, I guess that’s a given at any hotel, but I’ve been at certain hotels that were not the case), very helpful and knowledgeable. The room that I got had an amazing view, the location of the hotel is just outside of the ‘central hub’ but still very walkable. Overall, I had a great time and hopefully will be back very soon!"
