"Hotel Raito was a very welcoming experience. They have great customer service and we were shown immediately to our room as well as the spa at our request. They provided us with complimentary sandals for our stay. The room was quiet, with a lovely, large balcony overlooking the sea. "We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. "We were here for 2 nights. Had ended our Italy trip late April/early May here and couldn’t have been more happier! It is expensive taking a taxi in and out of Salerno but walking to the nearby town/beach was fine! The property is beautiful and everyone was great! The morning breakfast was WONDERFUL!!! Mimosas… I highly recommend this location of views and service! We had a terrace room. Well worth it! "
