"Rooms basic, shower and sink in room, no bedside tables? And plugs away from the bed side, breakfast continental only, coffee and tea available free all day, convenient to town and public transport. Restaurants and bars close by. No charge to leave bags prior to booking but a charge to leave them on the last day!! Lift was not working properly when we were there. They have a WhatsApp chat but nobody replies"

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, including Dagmar the bar maid. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment hence the 3star for facilities, however the place is spotless. We were given room 407 and it was spacious and perfect. Breakfast was very good with a vast range of choices all freshly cooked. Breakfast staff were also very good, keeping everything clean and replenished. Thank you gasworks we look forward to coming back to see the updated refurbishments. "

"The hotel was at the more basic end of the Travelodge range/brand of hotels. So as such ,was well over priced in my opinion. It was noisy with lots of building works going on around and very noisy bars adjacent to it. Not a pleasant stay in a very cramped and hot room. The location to the Europa bus station and links to the City airport the only positive aspect to my stay."

"Other reviews commented on staff and construction. The lower level is being remodeled for a hotel restaurant but there was no noise from it while we were there. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk easily to nearby City Hall and restaurants. Where to park was not well explained but we parked a block down on right at garage and hotel gave voucher for discount. Hotel is in beautiful Linen district and when restaurant is complete it will be amazing. "
