"The hotel is located on the banks of the Mekong River, a ten minute drive to the airport, thirty minute drive to the High Speed Railway Station and five minutes away from the CBD. The facility is new, the staff very friendly and the facilities agreeable. Our room overlooked the river. On the far side we could see the lights of Thailand. "From the check in to the check out, the staffs were very nice, helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. The restaurant area is very clean and the food was excellent and delicious. The only place that I have eaten that doesn’t cause my stomach ache because the food is stored properly before cooking. I love this place even though the room is a little small. "Nice place to stay, otherwise if you get those rooms that are facing the street then it really loud from the other side of street from playing music at night. Otherwise it good. Some of the rooms a/c are not as cold as other rooms. Some room are broken down, like leaking from sink, bathroom door and dresser door handles are missing or broken. Same things with shower head, but didn’t bother me too much. If you are looking for a place that are really nice than it not this hotel. This is your average hotel that all."
