"The reception was super unprofessional. When I told them that I booked the hotel from hotels.com, they laughed and said that they never heard of them! Although I booked less 2 hours before I arrived, they still didnt have any record of my booking. When I showed them the confirmation number from hotels.com email., they still said the confirmation was incorrect. Quiet Welcoming

"We stayed at the Sabai at Kan in late May. Kanchanaburi was very quiet, especially after staying in hectic Bangkok. We stayed on the main floor (upstairs). We had a view of lovely trees and the mountains. The room was large and wonderful. We ordered breakfast and it too was very good. The restaurant across the street (JP's) was so good that we went there twice. We would stay again. "
